Make your hands look 20 years younger with this amazing skin recipe!

Our skin is a reflection of the time and care we provide to it. How the skin on our hands look depends on numerous things, however, one thing is certain – the skin on our hands can be easily damaged as it is quite sensitive. Chemical exposure and people who smoke are the highest on the list.

Aging is surely an inevitable factor, but luckily, there are a lot of natural remedies that can slow down the process and make the skin fresher and younger. All it takes is a little patience and dedication to get the desired results.

• Sugar and lemon – Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 lemon juice. Use the mixture to exfoliate the hands and wash it off after a few minutes.
• Almond oil –put some almond oil in cold water and soak your hands in it for 5 minutes. Apply some cream after and put on cotton gloves. This will make your skin softer.
• Eggs – Mix 1 teaspoon of honey with and egg and put it on your hands, then let it try. Wash it off after a few minutes with soap.
  Potatoes – Mash one boiled potato. Add olive oil, honey, mil and refrigerate the mixture. After it cools down, apply the mixture on your hands and let it stay for 15 minutes. You can do this at least 3 times a day. Always wash your hands after application.
• Rosehip oil – Massage your hands with this oil on a daily basis as it will make the skin stronger and more elastic.
• Vaseline – Massage your hands gently with some Vaseline and put on a cotton gloves afterwards. Let them stay over the night and wash your hands in the morning. The skin will be super smooth.

Protection from the cold – Make sure you’re always wearing gloves when going outside in the cold.
No nail biting –  Your nails will look awful and you’ll ingest all sorts of bacteria, thus, it’s best to get rid of this habit as quickly as possible!
